"⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Amazing, patience of a Zen monk... I was ready to walk away from State Farm due to being treated like an annoyance. My numbers were all over the place and I had been mistreated by a couple of "bad apples". This agency spent time with me and helped me get situated the way you might actually expect from a "Good Neighbor". Donna Nave-Perry's office did a forensic deep dive into my current policies. Applied a bunch of discounts that I qualified for and rewrote policies that were obsolete. I am now back to a reasonable payment and feeling way more confident in my coverages. I feel like they cared enough to spend the time to rectify the poor service that I had received and to get me back on track. I did not sense any greediness nor was I pushed into something that wasn't right for my situation. I was frankly stunned at how different these ladies have treated me. Their follow through was only surpassed by their communication, excellent follow up and tenacious attitude to get everything done and done right for me. I am so less "confuzzeled" now than I was when I reached out. I was dreading having to do this. I was wrong. They were so sweet and attentive. I expect good things from Isabelle going forward. She has the patience of a Zen monk."
